Windmill Events & Promotions have a long history in managing rural business events, including the largest agricultural expo in Western Australia. In fact, our team have over 20 years’ combined experience in running business events both in Australian and overseas, including expos, conferences and launches.

We handle all aspects of events management including logistics, marketing, sponsorship and funding, risk management and budgeting.

Exhibiting a live event is one of the most effective marketing mediums, but it can also cost you time. We can take the hassle out of attending your next trade event by assisting with applications, site design, equipment high and marketing.

Sarah Symons

Sarah found her home among the gumtrees after moving to Australia from the UK, and meeting the love of her life. She now lives in the Wheatbelt with her partner and their two children.
An accomplished Event Manager, Sarah has organised business events all over the world, including the largest agricultural expo in Western Australia. She is an enthusiast professional, with outstanding customer service which puts most people to shame.
With a Bachelor of Arts (HONS) in Tourism, Leisure and Italian, Sarah is well travelled, experienced and educated, with a wide range of skills to put to work for your business.

Events Manager

Jenna grew up on a wheat and sheep farm in Dowerin, and has always had her heart firmly planted in the country. Her background in agriculture started at birth and continued right through her childhood, where she was awarded Runner-up Dux at the WA College of Agriculture, before going on to become an agricultural journalist for Rural Press.
Jenna went on to run the largest agricultural field days in Western Australia for nearly a decade, before starting Windmill Events & Promotions.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Writing, a Diploma in Social Media well underway, many years of practical experience working in marketing, events and writing, and countless professional development courses under her belt, Jenna has the skills and the passion to assist you in growing your rural business.
